Sautéed Asparagus with Pistachios and Herbs + Roasted Tomato Bruschetta + Special Wine Delivery
WHAT MAKES YOUR COOKING EXPERIENCE UNIQUE:
Wine delivery. Each participant has the opportunity to receive a bottle of Rosé from a women-owned winery that pairs beautifully with the main dishes.
Kick Off. I play a curated playlist and ask fun group questions in the chat as everyone trickles in to set the tone for the event.
Toast Time. After pouring a glass of wine, each participant takes turns telling a personal story or experience related to the theme the story that changed my life.
Let's Cook. Fancy (and accessible!) bar food at home. Here, we roast cherry tomatoes, Havarti cheese, and garlic in the oven until blistered and then top them on slices of freshly toasted bread. For the second appetizer, we sauté asparagus on the stovetop and then top it with an abundance of pistachios, herbs, salty cheeses, and a squeeze of lemon. No one will leave hungry.
Last Call. At the end, we finish up any unfinished business and do a recap so no one gets Fear of Missing Out (FOMO)
